Announcement of Bidding Registration for the Procurement of Wind Turbine Generator Sets for the 100000 kW "Source Grid Load Storage" Integrated Project of Inner Mongolia Tianhao Fiberglass Co., Ltd.
1. Terms of Tenderer
The procurement of wind power generating units for the 100000 MW "source-grid-load-storage" integrated project of Inner Mongolia Tianhao Glass Fiber Co., Ltd. has been approved for construction by the relevant authorities. The tendering entity is Inner Mongolia Tianhao Glass Fiber Co., Ltd., with the construction funds sourced from the company's self-raised capital, and the project funding ratio is 100%. The project is now eligible for tendering and is open to the public for registration. Subsequently, the complete technical parameters, documents, and other materials will be issued to successfully registered suppliers, after which the suppliers will submit their bidding documents.
2. Project overview
Project name：Procurement of Wind Turbine Generator Sets for the 100000 kW "Source Grid Load Storage" Integrated Project of Inner Mongolia Tianhao Fiberglass Co., Ltd
Project Overview: The proposed site for this project is located in Helingeer County, Hohhot City, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region. The planned capacity for this phase is 100MW, and a 110kV booster station will be built for the wind farm, with a supporting energy storage capacity of 15MW/60MWh (considering 15% of the project's installed capacity and a charging and discharging time of 4 hours). The wind conditions of the wind farm are as follows: at a height of 130m, the annual average wind speed is 6.33m/s, the annual average wind power density is 226W/m², and the effective wind speed hours are 7622h. At a height of 140m, the annual average wind speed is 6.39m/s, the annual average wind power density is 232W/m², and the effective wind speed hours are 7643h, and the wind power density level belongs to level 1.
3. Registration requirements
1. Registration scope: Suppliers who intend to participate in the bidding for the procurement of wind turbines for this project must first complete the registration process.
2. Follow-up arrangements: After successful registration, the tenderer will issue complete technical specifications, detailed technical parameters and other relevant textual materials to the supplier. The supplier will prepare and submit the bidding documents based on the issued materials.
3. Delivery Time: The specific delivery time shall be subject to the subsequent notice or contract agreement of the tenderer. The supplier shall respond to the tenderer's adjustment of the delivery schedule based on the progress of the project.
4. Warranty period: The warranty period for the equipment in this bidding is 5 years.
4. Qualification Requirements For Bidder
1. The bidder must be an enterprise registered within the territory of the People's Republic of China, with independent legal personality, and capable of independently assuming civil liability.
2. The bidding model must have a design certification and type certification issued by a third-party certification agency recognized by the national certification and accreditation authority.
3. Bidders must provide proof of their performance in grid connected operation of wind farms of a single unit capacity of 6MW or more and a total installed capacity of 50000 kW or more in China within the past 3 years (calculated backwards from the deadline for submission of bidding documents) (including copies of contracts, grid connection acceptance reports, and other supporting materials).
4. The main components of the wind turbine proposed by the bidder (blades, generator, inverter, gearbox, pitch system, main bearings, pitch bearings, yaw bearings, etc.) must have corresponding certification certificates or testing reports, and be consistent with the overall type certification.
5. The bidder has a good financial condition, with no consecutive losses in the past 3 years (from the deadline for submission of bidding documents), and has sufficient working capital to undertake the implementation of this project. The bidder has no major illegal or irregular behavior, and no record of major quality or safety accidents in the past 3 years (from the deadline for submission of bidding documents).
6. This project does not accept consortium bidding and does not allow subcontracting or illegal subcontracting.
5. Registration method and feedback requirements
1. Registration materials: Bidders are required to submit their registration application (including basic information such as enterprise qualification certificate, contact person, and contact information) within the specified time. All relevant materials will be sent via email to zonghebu@tianhaofiberglass.com .
2. Feedback period: Registration applications must be submitted within 7 working days of the issuance of the bidding documents. Late submissions will be considered invalid. (January 1st to January 7th, 2026)
3. Site inspection: After registration, bidder need to go to the wind farm for inspection according to subsequent notices. The specific inspection time will be notified separately.
