1. Project overview and Bidding Scope
1. Project Name: Procurement Projects for Pharmaceuticals, Gases, and Administrative Office Supplies
2. Place of delivery: Shengshi Road, Yadamu Village, Shengle Town, Helingeer County, Hohhot City, Inner Mongolia Tianhao Fiberglass Co., Ltd
3. Delivery cycle: According to the tender's order requirements, delivery will be made in batches, and the specific details will be subject to the purchase contract signed by both parties
4. Scope of bidding: Including but not limited to the following products (specific specifications, quantities, and technical requirements will be provided after successful registration)
4.1 Sewage Chemicals: [Example: PAC, PAM, liquid alkali, sodium bisulfite, diammonium phosphate, sodium hypochlorite, glucose, scale inhibitor, high-efficiency water purifier, composite bacteria, etc.]
4.2 Gases: [Example: Liquid Oxygen, Liquid Nitrogen, LNG, etc.]
4.3 Administrative Office Category: [Example: Office Supplies, Office Assembled Computers, Advertising Graphics and Text, Office Furniture, Kitchen Utensils, Network Hardware, Labor Protection Supplies, etc.]

2. Qualification Requirements For Bidder
1. Legal personality: Bidders must be independent legal persons or other organizations registered in accordance with the law within the territory of the People's Republic of China, who have valid business licenses, and be able to independently assume civil liability.
2. Production/Business capability: Who owns production capabilities (production-oriented enterprises) or legal business qualifications (trade oriented enterprises) that match the scope of bidding, and who have the site, equipment, and professional technical personnel required for production or supply.
3. Quality assurance: The product must comply with relevant national industry standards, technical specifications, and quality requirements proposed by the tenderer, and provide at least one corresponding product testing report issued by a third-party authoritative testing institution within the past year (from the deadline for registration).
4. Performance requirements: Within the past 3 years (calculated backwards from the registration deadline), have at least 2 similar achievements in pharmaceuticals, gases, and administrative offices (a copy of the contract must be provided, including key information such as the names of both parties, project names, product types, and signing dates, with the original copy for future reference).
5. Financial condition:  Who possess good business reputation and sound financial accounting system, with no significant losses in the past 3 years (provide audited financial reports for the past 3 years, and provide financial statements for newly established enterprises since their establishment).
6. Credit requirements: Not included in the "Credit China" website (www.creditchina. gov.cn) list of dishonest persons subject to enforcement, the list of major tax illegal dishonest entities, and not included in the China Government Procurement Network (www.ccgp. gov.cn) list of serious illegal and dishonest behavior records in government procurement (screenshots of the above-mentioned websites must be provided when registering, and the query time is within 10 days before the registration deadline)

The application materials should include but are not limited to: company business license, copy of the legal representative's ID card, account opening permit, qualification certificate, and relevant performance proof.
