1. Registration Guide

1. The participating enterprise must be legally registered and meet the bidding conditions. They should have the ability to operate independently (including but not limited to operations, finance, organization, management, marketing, etc.) and be able to bear corresponding legal responsibilities.

2. Applicants should comply with national laws and regulations, have a good business reputation, and a sound financial accounting system. In the past three years of operation, there should be no negative records of violations or illegal activities, and it should not be included in the blacklist of dishonest bidders, the list of dishonest persons subject to execution, or the list of abnormal business operations.

3. Applicants should maintain a good safety record in recent years to ensure that there have been no major quality or major safety accidents during the bidding year.

4. The applicant should not have engaged in contract fraud or other serious economic violations within the past three years.

5. Applicants should have experience in undertaking similar projects and be able to provide good work performance and performance records.
