Product features

Group 274 (3)
Coated with silane-based sizing.
Group 274 (4)
Less fuzz, low static electricity.
Group 274 (5)
Good choppability, good dispersibility, and good compatible with resin.
Group 274 (6)
Fast wet-out and tightly bonded with resin.
Group 274 (7)
Uniform linear density and excellent mechanical properties.

Instructions

Optimal use within 6 months. Store in original packaging until use. Handle with care to prevent fuzzing or damage. Before use, acclimate the roving to ambient temperature and humidity, and maintain operating temperatures between 5°C and 30°C. Ensure even tension control during operation. Regularly maintain the blade and rubber rollers.

Packaging

Each bobbin is packed in PE film or a PVC bag, then placed on pallets or in cartons. A pallet holds 48 or 64 bobbins (14-20kg each), with customizable weight. Stacking limit: 2 layers for pallets, 5 for cartons. Packaging can be tailored to user needs.

Storage

Stored in a dry, cool, well-ventilated area (5°C–35°C, 35%-65% RH). Keep packaging sealed when not in use to prevent moisture. For safety and product integrity, stack pallets no higher than three layers—handle upper pallets with care when stacking. Custom packaging available upon request.
