Instructions

1. Best used within 12 months; store in original packaging before use.

2. Follow the "first in, first out" rule to prevent prolonged storage from causing poor dispersion, caking, or fuzziness.

3. Do not mix different product grades. Technical support is required for blending. Before use, acclimate yarn to ambient conditions. Recommended environment: 15°C–30°C, 60%±15% humidity.

Packaging

1. Each bobbin is packed in PE film or a PVC bag, then placed on pallets or in cartons.

2. A pallet holds 48 or 64 bobbins (17-18kg each), with customizable weight.

Storage

1. Stored in a dry, cool, well-ventilated area (10°C–35°C, 60%±15% RH).

2. Keep packaging sealed when not in use to prevent moisture.

3. For safety and product integrity, stack pallets no higher than three layers—handle upper pallets with care when stacking. Custom packaging available upon request.
