1. Annual output of 420,000 tons! The largest fiberglass base in North China enters a new stage of mass production

Recently, Inner Mongolia Tianhao Glass Fiber Co., Ltd."s high-performance glass fiber production base with an annual output of 600,000 tons ushered in a historic moment - the second phase of the No. 3 production line successfully produced the first batch of finished yarn. This marks that the three production lines planned in the first and second phases of the project have been completed and have entered the stage of stable mass production.

2. From ignition to yarn output: Tianhao’s speed is refreshed

Following the successful ignition of Phase II Line 3 on April 20, the Tianhao Fiberglass team quickly completed equipment debugging and process optimization, achieving the entire process from kiln start-up to finished yarn smoothly landing in a very short time.

The No. 3 production line, which produces the first batch of finished yarn, has a designed annual production capacity of up to 150,000 tons. This line integrates the internationally advanced pure oxygen top-fired electric boosting tank kiln technology, coupled with an automated batching system and intelligent sorting and packaging equipment, to build an efficient and energy-saving modern production system.

With Line 3 now operating at full capacity, Tianhao Glass Fiber"s total annual production capacity has jumped from the previous 270,000 tons to 420,000 tons. This is not only a digital leap, but also means a substantial leap in the company"s ability to scale.

3. Targeting the high-end market: from "ordinary yarn" to "high performance"

The finished yarn coming off the production line this time is not an ordinary glass fiber product, but a high-strength, high-modulus glass fiber that focuses on high value-added fields.

This batch of products will be directly supplied to new energy and high-end application fields such as wind turbine blades, photovoltaic frames, and continuous winding tubes. In the context of the "double carbon" goal, these new materials with lightweight and high-strength properties are becoming a key solution for cost reduction and efficiency improvement in clean energy industries such as wind power and photovoltaics.
